K2D2 — short for Kill Kill Die Die — is a group project developed by the UnrealPhx collective in 2017. Built in Unity with C#, it represents a collaborative game development effort where multiple contributors worked toward a shared design under a shared codebase.

Group game projects like this one are a proving ground for collaboration habits that solo work never surfaces: merge conflicts, shared scene ownership, communication about system boundaries, and the discipline of shipping something finished rather than endlessly iterating in isolation. K2D2 is a snapshot of that process from a specific moment in time.
